Join us for a festive happy hour where Bavarian flair meets lively entertainment! Enjoy refreshing brews while connecting with colleagues and growing your professional network. It’s also a great opportunity to learn more about advocating for your profession.
Registration is available in the main registration form, and we can always add it on later! Registration fees are $75 for CRNAs, RNs, exhibitors/sponsors, and guests. Student registration (SRNAs) is $65, with an option to sponsor a student as well. Registration fee includes two (2) complimentary drink tickets. You will receive a bonus drink ticket if you dress up!

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
Does COANA report my credits?
COANA reports all credits to AANA. You must complete the Program Evaluation and Learner Assessment survey, which will be sent to you electronically following the event, in order to receive credit. Complete the evaluation to receive your certificate of attendance and credits.
What is the COANA registration cancellation policy?
COANA will give a refund less a $100 processing fee will be given for full or daily cancellations received by August 3, 2026, upon written request to [email protected]. . After August 3, 2026, or for no-shows at the meeting, NO refund will be given. Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to info@coana.org.

When is the hotel room block discount cut-off date?

Parking information?
Hotel Clio offers valet parking only. Overnight valet parking is $48 per night, and daytime valet parking is $18 per day. COANA has secured a 20% discount, and the prices listed reflect the discounted rate.
