ABOUT THE HOTEL


COANA has secured a discounted room rate at the Hotel Clio, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Denver Cherry Creek starting at $319/night plus tax, with a waived resort fee. The discounted rate will be available until Friday, August 28, 2026, or until the room block sells out. Hotel booking link coming soon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund less a $100 processing fee will be available for exhibit space cancellations if written notification is received by COANA Headquarters by August 3, 2026. Send email cancellation requests to [email protected]. No refunds will be available for exhibit space or sponsorships received after August 3, 2026. In the event that the program is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond COANA's control, we will not be responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies or hotels.

Please note, COANA cannot guarantee delivery of sponsored/logo items if sponsorship is not paid in full by August 3, 2026. This applies to imprinted items like lanyards.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many attendees does COANA anticipate?
We typically see 60-65 attendees at our in-person Annual Meeting. Based on past years, approximately 70% of attendees are CRNAs and 30% are SRNAs

How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor? 
"Click Here to become an Exhibitor or Sponsor" to access the online registration form.  You will first need to log in to your COANA account or create an account to fill out the form. If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved.  

You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form.  For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the "invoice me" option to mail in a check.  An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register.

How will booth placement be selected?
Booth locations will be selected by show management. Order of selection will be made based on the date of the received contract, electrical needs, sponsorship level, and if possible, direct competitors.

When will I receive the preliminary and final attendee list?
Preliminary attendee lists will be distributed approximately two weeks prior to the Meeting. Following the event, a post-Meeting survey will be issued, and upon its completion, the finalized attendee list will be provided to you automatically.
